(2) Provide you with additional business functions for products and/or services
In order to provide you with better products and services, we may need to collect the following information.
1. When you log in to the NIKOTA APP account: During the process of registering as a user of NIKOTA APP products and/or services, you may need to provide us with personal email account information to create a username and password. If you use a third-party account to authorize login, you need to authorize us to share your third-party account information; You can provide more additional information to complete your personal information during user registration, such as your real name, gender, residential area, phone number, and email address. This information will help us provide you with better services, but not providing it will not affect your basic use of the NIKOTA app.
2. When you share adding group members: You may need to grant the NIKOTA app permission to take photos for scanning user QR codes.
When we want to use information for other purposes not specified in this policy, we will seek your consent in advance.
Please note that once the aforementioned personal information is leaked, illegally provided, or abused, it may endanger personal and property safety, easily lead to personal reputation, physical and mental health damage, or discriminatory treatment. (3) Device permissions
During the service process of NIKOTA APP, you may be required to enable device access permissions to us. (4) Description of third-party partners and shared information:
1. Tencent Bugly SDK: In order to provide users with more stable performance services, this application integrates the Tencent Bugly SDK to monitor software abnormal crashes. The relevant device information that Tencent Bugly SDK needs to collect mainly includes: log information (including third-party developer customized logs, Logcat logs, and APP crash stack information), device brand and model, and "obtaining running process information". In order to quickly identify problems that arise during use, and quickly locate and solve problems based on relevant information, facilitating timely optimization of the app
(5) We may indirectly obtain your personal information from a third party
1. When you log in using a third-party account (Apple, Google, WeChat), you can choose to authorize the NIKOTA app to read and obtain public information (including but not limited to nicknames, avatars) registered, published, and recorded on the third-party platform, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. The NIKOTA APP requires your authorization to obtain the above information from a third party in order to remember your login identity as a NIKOTA APP user and provide you with higher quality products and/or services. After you register or log in using a third-party account, your third-party account will be bound to the NIKOTA APP account.
(6) Commercial utilization
After collecting your personal information, we may perform automated data processing on your personal information. 6、 Storage of your personal information

1. Acceptance of the NIKOTA APP Service Agreement. This agreement is between the user and Shenzhen Yihuashi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "NIKOTA") (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"). As a product operated by NIKOTA APP, NIKOTA will strictly provide services in accordance with the service terms in this agreement. If you are unwilling to accept all the terms of this agreement, you should not use or voluntarily cancel any services provided by the NIKOTA APP.
2. Changes and Modifications to this Agreement. NIKOTA APP has the right to make modifications to this Agreement at any time, and the NIKOTA APP will prompt the modified content on the relevant page; If the user disagrees with the modification of this agreement, they can abandon the use or access or cancel the services that have already been obtained from the NIKOTA APP; If the user chooses to continue accessing or using the services of the NIKOTA APP after the change of this agreement, it shall be deemed that the user has accepted the modification of this agreement.
3. Service Description
3.1 NIKOTA APP is a service platform that provides NIKOTA device management to a large number of users, and does not directly produce content.
3.2 NIKOTA APP uses its own system to provide services to users through the internet. Unless otherwise specified, any new features that enhance or enhance the current service, including new products and newly added services, are unconditionally applicable to this agreement.
3.3 NIKOTA APP assumes no responsibility for the services under this agreement, does not guarantee that the services will meet the user's usage requirements, does not guarantee that the services will not be interrupted, and does not guarantee the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the services.
4. User behavior
4.1 User Accounts, Passwords, and Security
Once the user successfully registers, they become a legitimate user of the NIKOTA app and will receive a password and account. Users should take reasonable measures to maintain the security of their passwords and accounts. The user is fully responsible for all activities carried out using this password and account; Any loss or damage caused by such activities shall be borne by the user, and NIKOTA APP shall not be liable.
If the user's password and account are used without authorization or if any other security issues occur, the user can immediately notify the NIKOTA APP, and the user should end the account usage after each connection ends, otherwise the user may not receive the security protection of the NIKOTA APP.
The NIKOTA app has the right to close accounts that users have not used for a long time.
4.2 Users should comply with the following laws and regulations
The user agrees to comply with international laws, regulations, and implementation methods related to computer and internet regulations. In any case where NIKOTA APP reasonably believes that a user's behavior may violate the aforementioned laws and regulations, NIKOTA APP may terminate the provision of services to that user at any time without prior notice. NIKOTA APP welcomes users to report any uploaded content that violates the above laws or infringes on the rights of others. Once illegal or infringing uploaded content is found, NIKOTA APP will unconditionally delete it.
4.3 Storage and Restrictions on User Information
(1) The NIKOTA app is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of information posted by users. NIKOTA APP has the right to determine whether the user's behavior complies with the terms of this website usage agreement. If NIKOTA APP believes that the user has violated the terms of the agreement, NIKOTA APP has the right to terminate the provision of website services to them.
